Certain products in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how subscription purchases may be managed or canceled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged on each renewal date unless you cancel prior to billing.

Subscriptions may be modified, paused, or canceled at any time before the next scheduled billing date through the link provided in your order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.

If a subscription order has already been processed and charged, it cannot be canceled.

All coffee bean sales, including subscription orders, are final and not eligible for return.
