Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mescalito Coffee is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Mescalito Coffee is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us and we will assist when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@mescalitocoffee.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
