Coffee beans and items in the Final Sale collection are not eligible for return.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused merchandise in original condition. Free return shipping is provided on eligible items. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
