Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payment

We accept approved payment methods offered at checkout. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Mescalito Coffee is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked delivered, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Coffee beans are not eligible for return.

Returns on eligible merchandise are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Free return shipping is provided on eligible items. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, product names, and written content, is the property of Mescalito Coffee and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mescalito Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
