82% Bourbon Cask Aged: The first chocolate featuring caskaged cocoa beans. To make this bar, Tanzanian cacao beans are cracked into cacao nibs, then the nibs are aged in empty Berkshire Mountain Distilling bourbon barrels for four weeks. During the aging process, the nibs soak up the essence of bourbon stored in the oak. After four weeks, the nibs are ground, mixed with a house blend of cane and maple sugar, and made into a deliciously deep dark chocolate with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak.
58% Oat Milk: This bar reminds us of homemade granola covered in chocolate; it could be breakfast, but it could also be dessert. Cane sugar-free. Made with Peruvian cacao, oats, pure maple sugar, toasted coconut, and a dash of vanilla bean.
66% Green Tea Crunch: This bar is dedicated to the kid inside us all. Toasty genmaicha green tea-infused dark chocolate filled with crispy quinoa for a comforting adult treat with a nostalgic crunch.
70% Rose Cardamom: To make this bar, they gently steam Tanzanian cacao over rose petals and cardamom, conjuring a luscious and dreamy floral bar. Celestial, ambrosial, transcendent.
71% Pink Sea Salt: A little bit of salt brings out just the right amount of fruity, sweet notes in this house blend of cacao from the Dominican Republic and Bolivia. This sea salt comes from Salt of the Earth Co, who sources salt from the ancient salt mines of Salinas de Maras near Cusco, Peru, and contributes a portion of proceeds back to the surrounding community.
